Registration Fees
The latest date for pre-registration is 3 September, 2012.
After this date, please register on site.
The registration fee will be adjusted according to the current VAT charge alignment.

The Accompanying Person registration fee includes:

- Half day city-tour of Milan (if a minimum of 20 participants is reached)
The Exhibitor and Industry non-exhibiting registration fees include:
- access to the scientific sessions

- final programme and abstract volume
- coffee breaks
- invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
Cancellations and Refunds
In case of cancellation it is necessary to apply in writing to O.I.C. by 20 August 2012 at the latest. The paid amount for registration will be refunded with a deduction of 70%, that will be invoiced as penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after the set indicated deadline.
